Buena ubicación, barrio tranquilo

Olor a desagüe en el baño, mala ventilación, muchas escaleras para llegar a la habitación.

Good location. Would not recommend due to conditions and the property scamming me.

As soon as I checked into the room, there was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom and there was a cockroach in there as well. I explained this to the front desk who called the property manager, and I told them that I could not stay there. They both seemed understanding at the time, apologized and told me to cancel on Booking.com. I requested a refund and they repeated that I should initiate the process on Booking. I checked out immediately and requested a free cancellation on Booking. By the next morning, the free cancellation was denied by the hotel via Booking and I no longer had the option to cancel at all! I called Booking, who told me the hotel was responsible for charging the payment. Booking tried to contact the hotel, no one answered. I went back to the hotel myself to speak to the front desk, who told me that the manager was away for the weekend and would contact me on Monday, after I had already left the country. No one contacted me. They no longer respond to messages. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED.

Central location.

This property has the potential to bring a gem but it was been neglected by owners. We stayed 2 nites and the first nite (on a Thursday) music from an adjacent establishment was playing into 1:30 am so make sure you bring earplugs. The second nite it was quiet. The towels need replacing asap . They are more like old rags. Awful sewage smell coming from the bathroom and caulk replacement is needed in the glass shower door. It just looks nasty.! It’s really a shame as it has the potential to being a gem in Condesa. Monica the concierge was very nice and warm .

Posizione ottima, zona tranquilla e molti locali vicini per mangiare anche la sera. Camera semplice, pulita ed ordinata.

Très bon emplacement, très propre, bien équipé. Les prises USB aident beaucoup lorsque l'on vient d'Europe et sans adaptateur !

Le petit déjeuner est un peu trop léger (seulement des bananes)
