Beautiful property with a wonderful staff

I love that there is a young family that own and live on a the property. They are very kind and generous people. I like that there is a parking lot you don’t have to worry about finding parking after a long day of sightseeing.

Sul sito dove ho prenotato era riportato orario check in dalle ore 16 ,invece abbiamo dovuto apsettate piu di un ora fuori agriturismo. durante orario di chiusura la struttura chiude completamente, nessun del personale e presente . La struttura e bellissima ma secondo me va migliorata accoglienza e la permanenza dell'opsite . Bisogna consigliare ospite eventuali posti da visitare etc.

We were very disappointed in our stay. We stayed here four nights. A short recap: Day 1: arrived at 15.30. No one was present at the accommodation. No employees at all. We called the number we found on Expedia. Guy did not speak English. Send him a text message and he replied that we could check in af 17.30. The information on Expedia was wrong he said. After insisting someone should come to let us in, a lady came. This took a while. We had dinner in the restaurant, which was okay but nothing special. Day 2: no dinner was available in the restaurant because they hosted two big parties. The music was super super loud and lasted until 1 a.m. We couldn’t sleep at all. This frustrated us big time, as we came here to relaxe and take a good rest. Day 3: no dinner available Day 4: no dinner available Everyday breakfast was served. It was only a croissant, coffee from a vending machine (no good Italian coffee) a bottle of water. One day we also got some cheese and meat, but this was so soft/old that we didn’t finish it after one bite. Dinner was served only 1 time in 4 nights. This disappointed us as well. There are no other restaurants available within walking distance, so you have to take the car everynight. To compensate for all this the owner gave us the dinner we got the first night for free ( /- €25.-). This was kind, but during our stay he didn’t give any attention to our bad experience or apologized for anything. We would not recommend to go here

beautiful location, the name paradiso is well chosen. nice and always helpful people. room was cleaned very well every day! new swimmingpool. good restaurant with very fine vine made by the owners family. don`t miss to buy their oil! will go again to paradise the next time, no question.

The location is rural, but the buildings are new. The rooms smelled musty and keeping the windows open all night didn’t help. The floors had not been recently moped/dusted. The shower and the beds were fine. The staff made quite an effort but their English was as bad as our Italian. We were perhaps too early in the season. Wifi did not work.

I stayed at Agristurismo Paradiso with a 2 friends for 4 nights this July. We are demanding clients and were keen on clearing the table of little needs like internet. Once this was done, we had the best time there : the due fratelli Roberto & Raffaele have created a place that will grow with time as one of the most recommended places in Salento I am sure. The restaurant is amazing, the quality of the food, the balance in the savours, the creativity were such we ate 2 nights in a row there. Rooms are spacious (but please add reading lamps on the bedside tables); The dedication shown by this family is touching, and on top of that, they are handsome :) I'd rate 5 stars when the swimming pool is ready and if the mix of things aimed at families doesn't affect the majesty of the arcades.
