Very accommodating and hospitable host. Greeted with a warm welcome and informed of the additional fruit, coffee, tea and other breakfast items we could help ourselves too - a lovely small touch. Provided great guidance on buses into the city centre as well as a lovely local pub for dinner and drinks.

If struggling for city centre accommodation would highly recommend this property,easy bus link into city center.

Absolutely spotless. Mannix was so helpful and advised us which bus to get on in advance once we got into Belfast City centre. Area was very quiet with a bar/restaurant/hotel at the end of the road which was lively but couldn't be heard from surrounding area. Fruit, biscuits and muesli bars left on the landing every night for people to help themselves to as well as tea, coffee etc which was much appreciated after a long day travelling. Small thing but very important - towels were really thick and fluffy!

La stanza si trova in una casa molto bella situata in una tranquilla zona residenziale a 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata dell'autobus che porta in centro città. Per chi ha l'auto c'è la possibilità di parcheggiarla a bordo strada gratuitamente. È tutto molto pulito e profumato. Noi abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere il proprietario che si è dimostrato davvero gentile e disponibile. Lui e la moglie mettono a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti thè, caffè, biscotti, frutta e snack. Un gesto molto apprezzato e per nulla scontato.
