Upon check in I was greeted great though the process due to training took 25 mins to check in. I was given a key of 112 and an envelope that stated 222 and both rooms did not work upon trying. I walked all over and then back to the front. Got an entirely new key/room and got in. The room smelled like a mix of smoke and animal urine and bedding was stained/soiled. No remote for tv. Lights above bed didn’t work. And to top it off, a cockroach was climbing down the wall when using the rest room. (I have picture and left cockroach in sink). I can’t bring myself to bring my belongings in from the car until having them washed somewhere before the I eliminate any chance of taking critters home with me. I took some photos but should have taken more to help describe the rest of the unclean areas/sheets/bedding/floor, etc. Again, customer service as far as kindness goes, was great. Though sadly I would not return.

The door didn’t lock after a certain time. I demanded a refund and was only refunded $20 plus the refundable deposit of $50. The owner or manager stated that his little sister lives there and he wouldn’t let her if it wasn’t safe. The purpose of renting a room is to ensure the door locks for safety. What a tragic realization. Smh I would never suggest this location or any like it to anyone.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This hotel is horrible. The staff were the nicest thing at this hotel. It goes completely downhill from the front lobby. The linens are stained and old. The room is dirty, and our family found cockroahes in their room. Smoke detector are missing, locks are broken. It smelled like old smoke. The list could fo on!

The staff at this hotel are so friendly, but unfortunately, thats where the nice comments end. Upon arrival, we were told there would be a $200 fee is they feel someone smoked in the room. When we arrived to our room, it smelled like old smoke and the smoke detector had been removed. We informed the front desk who said they would put that in our profile. When going theough the linens, everyone had stains. Thankfully, the staff were quick to give very clean, newish looking linens. The room walls hsd so many pin holes it was ridiculous. Whoever manages this hotel does not care to invest in their property. The staff were the only positive!

Unfortunately I had to have a room for DOT so I slept a few hours in my clothes on the towels because the bedding was so disgusting. Had visible crud on mattress pad and multiple stains and holes in rest. The tub also had visible crud in it so I didn’t even touch it. Checked out asap.

No toilet paper, no Kleenex, no shower head, hole in wall, lavatory sink barely drains.

Holes in the blanket n bug in the bathroom look like a roach n just 1 towel
