"As a result of this service, we decided to stay at the Extended Stay on Pembroke."

Was treated rudely by the Manager over the phone. He actually hung up (discontinued) the call as I was trying to clarify information. Then when I called back, he would not answer the phone. As a result of this poor treatment, we decided to stay at the Extended Stay on Pembroke. We now consider Red Roof Inn - Casino on probation and not sure if we will stay there again.

"Good enough for the price charged."

Price was extremely good for a holiday weekend with a concert at the Amphitheatre. Bed linens were clean. Mini fridge was nice and cold. Microwave worked properly.

Reservation guaranteed a first floor room and I was given a room on the 2nd floor. I was put in the back building where it seems that most of the long-term tenants are placed. Property is supposed to be non smoking but my room smelled of cigarette smoke.
