"Superb"

Since we were staying in the "off season" and it was slower, the person at the desk called and asked when we would be checking in. Let her know it would be after 7 pm. She let us know where outer keys would be.

"Plumbing issue"

We had stopped and discovered that they had a plumbing issue and could not stay there. Why was our money taken. Please refund our money.

"Eh not worth it"

It was cheap

Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were awful. After a 3hr drive and late arrival I was so looking forward to a nice hot shower but the shower head was so disgusting I couldn’t bring myself to use the shower.

"Didn’t happen, they closed down"

Absolutely nothing

I didn’t like the fact that I was able to book a night at a hotel that was closed for the season due to plumbing problems. And I don’t like the fact that I still don’t have my money back!

"Last Minute Change of Plans"

The original hotel had plumbing issues, so we were sent to another hotel. The check in at the new hotel was seamless and thr lady at the desk was super friendly.
