Lock all your valuables up because housekeeping will enter your room even with the Do not disturb sign up. Carry a few cans of roach killer because literally they are coming out of the wood work. Uncleaned rooms, stagnant pool and unprofessional staff all the way up to the management.

The place is run down. There was strange people sitting in their cars all night. The bathroom was very small and hard to use.

USI liked checking out. The ONLY good thing about this hotel is Morgan. She is an amazing person and we have had wonderful experiences with her in the past. Whoever is in charge of that dump needs to put her back at the other hotel. Wasting her charm and talents there.
Well. I’m not even really sure where to begin. It seemed like a decent enough place for the price. A little below our standards but we were there for work. Not leisure. Our 2nd nite into our first week stay there, we found a dirty bandaid in our sheets. Not ours needless to say. Went up front and asked Morgan for fresh bedding bc the hotel was full. And there was nothing else she could’ve done at that time. Mexicans in every single room around us. All they did was party, and smoke weed right outside the doors (and I smoke so for this to bother me…it was like a bad cheech and Chong movie). We left for the weekend and had to come back for the 2nd week. It was worse than the first, just to start off there. There was nowhere to park bc all the other guests had their friends in the front row parking spots. They stayed up all nite partying. Playing loud music. In their cars. Talking loudly to each other across the parking lot, banging on the walls, slamming their doors….for someone who works construction and has to be up at 4:30 in the morning…we were not impressed. Front desk was no help. Then. I went to take a bath. Being a girl who works construction, it’s nice to have luxuries like a bath tub instead of a shower. The bathtub was moldy. Had to clean it myself to use it. Then, when I was in the tub and saw the back of the toilet I almost threw up. Pics will be included. Never been so grossed out ever. When I addressed it with the front desk, they told me bc I booked with booking.com, they couldn’t help us with a discount or a refund. Zero stars. Srsly. I wish I could leave negative stars.
