Fleas in bed

It was easy to find & easy to get in & get my room. I was on second floor but the nite girl switched me to first at my request. Very happy & efficient nite girl!!!

There was jelly on a lot of things in my room,sticky.

Location was fine, free HOT breakfast was marginal at best. No real cream for coffee, the "orange juice" was orange punch like Sunny D. Bagels were very hard, toasting them would not have helped. Butter was empty; I asked if they had more and it was FROZEN and wouldn't melt on the waffles. No fresh fruit was offered. Hot breakfast was make your own waffle. No breakfast meat or eggs were offered. They had some stale sliced bread, with small pkgs of peanut butter for it. No yogurt, cereal or milk or other baked goods like muffins or croissants.

I checked in, went to my room, opened the door and there was someone in there already! I told the clerk this; he insisted there was no one in there and that I was at the wrong room. Well no, the key opened it so I was at the right room but he refused to believe me. I said why would I be making this up? There is someone in the room already! Turns out the clerk on the previous shift had not changed something in the system so at least they figured THAT mistake out. I was moved to an ADA room. The tv didn't get anything but infomercials, gospel channels and Monster truck shows. None of the network channels were working. I wanted to watch the football game on ABC but that channel said it was not available. The clerk claimed that the person who was in the room the night before had punched the tv and that was why the lower channels didn't work. A second tv they brought in also did not work on the lower numbered channels so the punched tv excuse didn't hold water. I was disappointed they had NO streaming services like Netflix or paramount, and then didn't even have the major network channels. The room they moved me to was close to the lobby and noisy ice machine. It was very noisy when they were getting things ready for breakfast. The person in the room above me was EXTREMELY noisy. They kept dropping things on the floor and making a lot of noise walking around up there on creaky floors. There was a dead bug IN the bed, and another dead bug IN the pillowcase of one of the pillows. Another dead bug on the floor, and a dead bug in the bathroom. There was no chair to sit on, no table to put my things on. No hangers, hooks, or closet to hang my clothes up. I had to use the ADA shower chair to put my bag on and have a place to hang my jacket.

The sign said hot breakfast, the only thing that was hot was waffles if you made them. It would have bern nice to have had some kind of fruit available. I wanted a bagel, they didn't hsvexsny even though the sign they had on board in breakfast area said that. I could have had toast but a little hard to spread cold butter on it.

Room was clean. Good for a one night stop.
