Ingoldale House

Everything else... It was just a poor stay overall would not ever be returning now after this last stay was far to stressful! I book ingoldale house. 30 min before arriving we told we have next door yellow sands.. This was ok at the time. Untill we arrived at the property. Walking through the door greeted with blast of heat... an uncomfortable 31° ... underfloor heating also! We opened all windows and we did contact reception who said would cool down over the evening. And open windows.. We had every door n windows open during our stay. As the heat didnt subside. It went down to 28. No sleep for us all and disabled guests couldn't use downstairs wetroom as floor was piping hot! We also lost another bedroom for downstairs carer. By being moved to the property. Wasn't value for money . Loads of things wrong... layers of dust.. Great for 3 asthma sufferers. Couldn't use back garden space as grass was covered in door poop.. disgusting. Things were broken spindle on stairs taped together. Chairs in kitchen not safe ready to break. Didn't use. Sofas springs gone couldn't get out when sat down . Grand son nearly fell down stairs as it came off in his hand holding up the stairs. Half blinds slats missing so no privacy in rooms It was just so stressful . Reception were aware of issues.. nothing done to help apart from say sorry.. none of us hardly slept as we has take in turns to care duties and not feeling safe leaving all windows open over night. Wouldn't recommend disabled visitors. On paper perfect in reality a nitemare. Over £300 for 2 nights would of been better value getting 2 caravan at haven.

Suited all of us for what we wanted, ideal position,

Everything was perfect for our family will hopefully see you again next year would be great if you excepted dogs in the home

So spacious The rooms a good size Good to get to all facilities Will definately go again The two bedrooms downstairs was am extra bonus.as we have disabilities The 3 rooms upstairs spacious Plenty of storage 2 bathrooms We all enjoyed it

There wasnt anything to like hoover or sweep floor.

apartment needs a lot of maintance doing to make it good.needs up dating.

The rooms were very spacious. The beds were comfortable. The house was warm which helped because of the inclement weather during our stay. The downstairs bathroom facilities and bedrooms were great for our family due to mobility issues.

Some of the furniture in the dining room is in need of repair (e.g. wobbly table, broken chair.) The wet room floor and drain needs attention as the water doesn't drain very quickly and a pool of water soon spreads around the floor. It is causing the flooring to peel up. We needed to mop the floor each time we used it.
