"I was disappointed at the level of the hotel based on previous stays in similar starred hotels/Inns"

It was fairly close to the airport. The restuarnt next door was fantastic for a meal close by.

The breakfast did not look great at all, so I went elsewhere to eat. I booked two separate nights using the booking.com website. I called the hotel today (June 22, 2026) at 1:31pm and the lady was fantastic and she emailed me the invoice for first night but the second stay three nights later was not sent. When I phoned back to follow up at 3:01pm (June 22, 2026) the gentleman that took the call was assist and just kept reading random names and then eventually just told me to contact Booking.com, I tried to explain to him that Booking.com directed me to get the invoice from the hotel(but he did not understand me at all), but never the less I contacted Booking .com again and they again said that I should contact the hotel to get the invoice. And I STILL DON'T HAVE A COPY OF MY INVOICE !!
