Facilidades en general. Un solo elevador. Una sola máquina de hielo. Personal de recepción poco amable o atento. Cuartos incómodos y pequeños. Los 9 días que estuvimos fue el Mismo desayuno.

"Duplicate books by accident from traveling"

We didn’t stay at this place, they refused to refund after glitch duplicate bookings. Not very good.. we didn’t stay there because we are not happy with the flexibility. We already booked another place. Hotels.com need to do better too.

The fact I was told I would get a refund since I did not make it too certain dates and then told I had to deal with a 3erd party and had to deal with a1s still do not have my refund and I had a family emergancey and now made to deal with more stress

"Hotel was clean and newly renovated. Would stay again."

The room was an odd layout…the bathroom sink was outside of the bathroom.

Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was sufficient. Hotel had updated decor. Bed was comfortable and the linens (sheets and towels) were clean. That being said- I understand that the comforters (under the sheets) are not regularly washed and pillows are reused but I was surprised to see the pillows appeared stained yellow and the comforter had many stains on it. Some of the surfaces in the room did not appear to have been wiped down as I had to clean them. Other than those issues, the hotel was decent.

It was fine. We felt safe. Passable cleanliness. Only staff we dealt with looked visibly inconvenienced to be there. Zero functional wifi in room or lobby. Breakfast was decent.
