Motel 6 McGraw, NY - Cortland

The first night was nice and quiet but the second night was bad people were yelling and banging all night

We were happy with our accommodation over a few nights in Cortland on our way back from Canada. The room was clean and comfortable. The facilities were conveniently located near the town centre. The free carparking outside was a breeze. The staff were friendly and helpful particularly as we were from overseas and not very familiar with the local “customs” and area. We had a good time there and would recommend Motel 6.

I stay here often. Nothing fancy, but always very clean and quiet and the staff friendly. No complaints.

The staff all except the manger were great but he was a rude unprofessional and unpleasant man

The manger was very RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! We lost power at midnight didn’t come back on till 230 and during that time we had no running water and no toilet! I called and asked for some type of refund for this that was so unsanitary and not a fun experience at all! When I called he kept asking me if I was gonna call the company and ask for my money back I said when I lose power I don’t lose water or my toilet so some compensation should have been returned! I will never in my life stay there again and I’ll make sure to let everyone I know not to go there!
