"Bad customer service and customer appreciation"

Convenient location

I requested and paid for a smoking room on this site. When I arrived to the property I was told they did not get notice from you guys that I paid for a smoking room which is cheaper than a nonsmoking room. I was later told all the smoking rooms had DSS recipients in them and that is why I was unable to get the room I paid for

Most comfortable hotel bed ever

The location- it was kinda creepy at night- came back late from an event- they should really have some security in the parking lot

The rooms were newly renovated and extremely clean. Nice touches in the lobby and the staff were very friendly and helpful, calling me immediately when I left something in the room. I would highly recommend for an affordable and clean place to stay when looking near Ithaca.

The window screen was bent indicating simeone may have tried to break in, window was not secure. The desk clerk was cordial and helpful. Some maintenance issues with the sink and fan light in bathroom, but didn't hinder the stay.
