Inn at Monticello

Absolute Horror I have reserved a single room in an Inn at Monticello for a short stay and immediately discovered that the conditions are absolutely unlivable therefore, I asked to change the room however none was available I was told. Since we were not presented with any alternative I have asked to cancel it and refund the charge. After a quick read of the final receipt I have discovered we were charged for the room anyway and a refund does not correspond with the hotel's cancellation policy. Please refer to the attached picture as this picture is worth a thousand words.

Very noisy. Stained bloody sheets. No lock on the bathroom door. Knats flying around.

IT IS OK, BUT NOT FOR THE MONEY THEY CHARGE. ROOM HAS ROACHES AND THE FLOOR FILTY, THE SHEETS HAVE HOLES IN THEM.

Propety in poor condition.

The Inn at Monticello is “filthy”… Unfit for Man of Beast!…We did NOT stay…

The property was dirty and noisy at night.

It was a den on iniquity...

My second time staying here. There was a dead fly on the bathroom floor and one flying around my room. The bathtub had peeling paint. The freezer in the small refrigerator was caked in ice. Not sure what’s going on with the ceiling that had holes and stains. There was a lot of noise late into the night. That said staff is friendly and helpful. Response was quick to any concerns. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Was only there one night for a concert. I wouldn’t recommend it for more than that.

Needs serious renovations.

The staff was absolutely amazing but the rooms were not up to par. Didn’t feel safe sleeping there, booked the room for the night and returned key.
