The smell of cigarettes. A fallen ceiling on a bed. At one point, there was no running water in the bathroom.

Towels was stained and found hair, wig type. Bathroom was ok , no soap. 1 shampoo thing. Chair was big stain of u know what... white stuff... Red cover over the bed, stained with white stuff(u know what can be). Bed was fine sheets under were clean. A smell of dead mice, i cohdont find it, i just turn on the ac to go away. Over all is fine for a quick night. Cohld be perfect if more cleaned and better towels.

Nothing at all never resided at the hotel.

Staff could not accommodate my early check in in fact charge an additional $50 and which was not compromisable.

TO WHOM THIS MAY CONCERN, I'M  VERY UPSET WITH MY STAY. 1ST LET ME START OFF BY SAYING THE 4 BIG SPIDERWEBS & SPIDERS OUTSIDE @ THE FRONT DESK IS DISGUSTING..THERE 2 BEE 2 HIVES ON THE STAIRSWELL WHERE LOBBY IS.!! THERE BIG SPIDERS & WEBS ON THE  2ND FLOOR..THE SPIDERS R HUDGE THERE JUST SITTING IN THE MIDDLE UP IN CEILING. THE ARE IN MY ROOM MY 2 DAUGHTERS CRIED ALLNITE LONG & WAS SCARED 2 GO 2 SLEEP.!! WASH CLOTHES STAINED THE BED PROTECTORS STAIN WIT BLOOD!!..NO NO NO  MICROWAVES/ICE MACHINE ON THE PREMISES.!! MY ROOM SMELLED LIKE CORNCHIPS WHEN WE OPEN THE ROOM DOOR..THE AIR WAS OFF & ROOM WAS HOT(OUTSIDE 88°) AS HELL!!& THE AIR DOESNT GET COLD IT GETS COOL(75°IN THE ROOM).!!THE PHONE S DON'T WORK U CAN'T EVEN CALL THE FRONT DESK.. U HAVE 2 WALK DOWN THERE EVERYTIME U NEED SOMETHING..
