Clean rooms and very friendly staff. I will definitely stay again.

Breakfast wasn’t good. Room was dirty. Sheets were dirty had to go to office to get clean sheets

Staff friendly.

Everything. The women who checked us in was kind, professional and knowledgeable. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. Breakfast was exceptional with many choices. Wonderful stay!

Hard to find. Maybe 1 more sign Somewhere.

Wasn't at the room long it was clean and didn't have any bad smell

The blonde haired girl at the front desk was the only nice one and the only one that would actually talk.

When we arrived, the other housekeeper, and the other girl at the desk did not talk at all. We stayed for two days and the next day that we were there we left told them that they could’ve cleaned the room because we was gonna be gone all day while we came back around 536 and they had just started cleaning ours and they didn’t even even make the better or anything. All they did was come in there get the towels and leave and left our room how it was when it was dirty and trash needs to be taken out, but they didn’t do it when we got back to go get our towels they didn’t leave. None we had to go to the desk and asked them for some and they told us that we couldn’t have any till ours got done, washed and dried and they would run to us so therefore we had to wait about hour or two maybe three for fresh towels and rags and then the fire alarm the battery was halfway out and was like that when we got there, they had to fix it. The bed was so uncomfortable. You couldn’t hardly even settle on it

They're very friendly staff. Very nice kids did a very good job. I will come back. You guys really go overboard for everybody.

I left a review of how there were bugs in the room, they wouldn't refund, so moved our rooms. New rooms smelled like stinky animals and smoke mixture, so i weren't to store and bought febreeze to be able to handle the smell. Then after i left, after check out, they called and tried saying they were going to charge me for smoking in rooms, which definitely did not. I don't smoke, and my brother, from that room does smoke, but has to have assistance to get around, so i have to take him out myself. She was not very nice, nor helpful.

It was great to park by the door. The area was safe and well lit. The room wad spacious, very clean and well equipped with everything you needed. The check-in and check-out staff were pleasant and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others
