"Loud and rundown"

There are several families living at this hotel it seems. It is very loud there. The rooms were clean and beds were good but it didn't feel overly safe at night for solo female travelers. The hotel itself is very run down.

Do not stay here I repeat do not stay here ! It is absolutely nasty and not worth anything you pay to stay unless your in desperate need of a place to stay. The people are the desk are rude and act like your bothering them.

"Always a great stay."

Everything was great. It was a one-night stay and I slept very well. The pool area was clean and nice treat from the heat. Check-in was fast and very professional, and Mrs. Bivens was very helpful. Overall, a nice stay.

Not to impress that it looked like the was residents at the hotel. Also that the breakfast wasn’t the greatest. They do not have anything for someone that is gluten free. Found out that stuff got stolen out of one of the forms at some point either on or last a day of the stay or right after we left

The location is good. They advertised breakfast however there was only coffee and cereal. It certainly misleading advertisement. That wasn’t even continental. The room was clean but needs updates.

"Overnight stay "

Not updated. Old furniture with stains. Bathroom was very clean. Room was clean but had a smell. Owner was not the friendliest but hospitality staff (maid) was nice.
