"I travel every week and I have never had such a bad experience"

No water pressure in the shower, There was no breakfast and when we asked about it they told us McDonald's is next door. Homeless people living in the parking lot right outside our door The hotel next door is a state run sober living facility and they had flashing lights and screaming guards all night

When we arrived we were told they couldn’t find our reservation. The gentleman at check in was extremely rude and not willing to help us. We ended up sleeping in the car. Will never use this site again.
