After seeing a drug deal happening between the abandoned Waffle House on-site and the hotel, we started feeling apprehensive about how safe we would be. The number of people digging through the dumpster was impressive. I went to check-in. The assistant at the front desk asked if I wanted to pay for all 3 nights up front. I definitely did not want to do that! I made this reservation through Booking.com, so payment should have already been arranged. I also just wanted to see the condition if the room first before committing. The front desk person said the system was down, so I would have to pay at least one night's deposit in cash. I had to use the atm in the lobby. Then he said they had to check the room to ensure there were no people in it. I was checking in after 4 pm. Why would there be people in room I booked unless the hotel had overbooked rooms? A room was inspected and found vacant. I was given a swipe card and went to find the room. The curtains were open. We saw several flies in the window. One of the beds was only partially made. The bedside table had noticeable water damage on top. We decided to try our luck elsewhere. The staff tried to pressure us into trying a different room. I told them we wanted to cancel. I contacted Booking.com after and told them what happened and that I needed a refund. I have contacted the hotel manager and assistant manager numerous times The manager has said he will contact Booking to let them know I need a refund and says he will get back to me, but he never does!!!

The property is dirty the service horrible

The area felt unsafe. Also we were given towels to take to our room instead of finding them in the room. We couldn’t stay as we had our immune compromised son and we felt it wasn’t real clean

ATTENTIONS: PLEASE DO NOT STAY ! The beds are very old with holes, there is no blanket, there is no trash can, the water does not drain, the hairdryer does not work, they give you a towel if you ask, it smellsvery bad, (although they took a non-smoking room), and for all this they also take a deposit of 50 dollars. I asked to change the room, I had to wait a long time, when I opened another room and there was no bed sheets at all, the dirty dishes was on the table, it was not cleaned at all.... I don’t understand how they can offer that's rooms to people. 🤔 Also in the property and around a lot of homes Lee people. Stuff unfreandly. I asked about refund but say no.....

Homeless around,

When we arrived there were 3 homeless men fighting in the parking lot. I felt very unsafe there. The room was beyond disgusting! Floors haven’t been swept in a long time and the dirty towels from the previous guest were still in the room. Super disappointed. I hate to leave bad reviews but I would hate someone to have the same experience I did.

Rooms werent ready at check in, wasted over 2 hours waiting to get one room that smelled so strongly of dog urine the managers answer was to open the door and air the room out... for medical reasons i explained this was unacceptable. Manager eventually agreed to a refund. Not a great experience to deal with. 3 hours later we were able to eventually get a room at a different hotel but had to cancel our evening plans.

We had to change rooms twice because of dirty sheets in one, smelled horribly of cigarettes and old liquor, and the the air conditioner didn't work.

Many surfaces in the room were very sticky. Half of the security arm on the door was broken. A hotel employee with some other people started to come into my room around 9 pm. He apologized and said he had understood this room was vacant. They left and I never had any more issues with this. The office and breakfast area were vary small and not clean. Because of the broken security arm, which I had not noticed earlier, I moved furniture in front of the door overnight. There were homeless people all over the neighborhood encroaching on the hotel. IT WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
