"Biggest disappointment yet"

The room smelled like cigarettes & moldy water. There were stains and burn holes in the blanket, dust and spider webs on the wall above the bed, hairs on the towels & the water leaked from the sink all over the floor. Definitely should not be charging $160 a night for that!

The room was nothing from what I expected or asked for the service was terrible the area was very bad a lot of Riff Raff hanging around was afraid to even leave stuff in my car couldn't hardly get my mobility scooter in the room the bathroom was real tiny and sucked the beds very very uncomfortable and the service was real s***** said they had a compromise breakfast but nothing was available and everything was broke asked for ice because the ice machine wasn't working well sorry manager just left so you know I recommend never stay there drop them from your list

This guy said he was going to cancel my Expedia reservation. He just tries to scam and charge more. Never canceled my Expedia reservation. STAY AWAY.

"Dump of a place DO NOT STAY HERE."

The room is nasty dirty. Burn marks on the furniture. The room smelled of marijuana.lamps falling off the walls. One of the shades looks like it was melted. Totally ran down. Definitely is not worth $90. More like $20. We couldn’t get our money back so had to stay since we couldn’t afford to go else where the tv doesn’t even have a clear picture. Dogs barking in the room below us. Bad place don’t stay here!!

"Need improvement "

Very nice guy and personable. Excellent customer service but the room was not kept good unfortunately. It needs improvement but I will recommend this place for excellent customer service.
