Imposible bañarse en esas regaderas, sale súper poquita agua. Te cobran un depósito que al final cancelan igualmente es incómodo, no te dejan salir del estacionamiento hasta que les avisan que ya pagaste, no puedes hacer uso de las instalaciones (alberca y gimnasio) si no pagas una tarifa mas alta.

Nos acusaron de robar una toalla cuando ni siquiera días anteriores te ponen el kit completo, la recepcionista no esta capacitada para solucionar problemas y no hay gerente o persona a cargo que pueda darle solución a un problema tan sencillo. Al final tuvimos que pagarla, cuando fue claro que el problema fue que el chico que hace el cuarto en ninguna día puso el juego completo. No recomiendo el hotel por su falta de capacitación.
