The first room smelled terrible and had to switch . Then the second room the blinds were see through and someone was outside looking into my room which i felt was unsafe and uncomfortable.

The curtains and free breakfast.

The heating/cooling machine kept coming on with a very loud, sharp bang! I did not appreciate being awoken, startled by a violent noise, several times a night.. The first evening, the hall in which 113 was located reeked of smoke; tobacco and a touch of marijuana. The towels are cheap and worn.

The first room I was put in was smelly, dirty, and shabby. I immediately requested a change of rooms.
