Morning staff are very nice

Hotel infrastructure is bad, and noisy. You’ll hear fans, water pipes, shower sound, toilet flush sound, air condition sound, … bad building. Also, night staff are like kids, they are not professional. Only morning staff were nice and pro.

The hotel felt modern, clean, and comfortable. I also appreciated the parking availability and the overall atmosphere of the property. Breakfast was well balanced — not too crowded, but still with a good variety of options. Overall, the stay was pleasant and relaxing.

The gym was a bit limited in terms of equipment and exercise options. During the time I visited, there were already a few other people training, so I often had to wait to use the machines and equipment. I also could not really use the fridge/snack area in the room. Either there was no proper minibar fridge, or it was a very modern system that was not easy to understand. I think some things in the room should be kept simpler and more user-friendly for guests.

Die Zimmer waren sehr gross und sehr comfortabel. Das preisleistungs Verhältnis im Restaurant war sehr gut.das essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Das frühstück war sehr gut.

Was uns nicht gefallen hat ist beim betreten des Hotels roch es sehr intensiv nach Raumlduft. Das störte uns etwas .

Das Hotel hatte eine super Größe - nicht zu riesig. Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit einem großen Bett, sodass mein Mann, das Baby und ich genug Platz hatten. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker!

Ich hatte nichts auszusetzen.

Маленькі номери, та все під склом - ванна відділена від кімнати склом Ц як вмикаєш світло, то в кімнаті все висвітлюється - спати незручно

It was a great and comfortable stay, highly recommended.

Only two issues: Their booking.com webpage mentioned airport shuttle but they refused to give any such service and I had to take uber. Second, my room lock from inside wasnot working after a few hours, they came to fix it the next day but the issue stayed, however, I dont think anyone can open the room from outside without a key.
