"Not as good as it was last time."

Property was fair good pricing convenient to the hospital

It was advertised as a smoking room and tea/coffee maker in room. There were ashtrays in the room but was told no smoking and there was no coffee maker and desk clerk acted as if he had no idea there was supposed to be to be one. Said he would check on it and have us one in 30 minutes, an hour later called back to see where it was and was told they no longer have them. Next morning desk clerk said owner no longer orders filters or coffee for rooms.
