Very comfortable and modern residence, easily accommodated our party. Incredible views of Queenstown, and surrounding landscape!

Not much not to like, if I'm really searching for a constructive comment, I would remind anyone staying there that the residence is a little up the mountain, so it may be a little work to walk down to the lake.and walk by the lake, as many like to do. But this is not a significant criticism at all. You can't get the views without being higher up :)

Remarkable as it described. The house has a lot of wow factors when you first walked in and toured around. It was a nice stay for us. We enjoyed the lakeside views while having breakfast and lunch at dinning table.

The view is amazing!!!! If you want to come and enjoy the view in queenstown this place is definitely great! I also enjoyed how most bedrooms had a bathroom. The house isn't as big as it looks in the photos but it was still nice. House was clean!

It needs some upkeep. You can tell that it is a holiday rental and unfortunately there hasn't been any care taken to the property. For the price you are paying and how it looks in the photos you would expect things to be nice. Things such as broken door handles, getting stuck in the downstairs bathroom when you close it because the door is out of alignment, lights all around the house not working, no working knives or normal amenities provided (salt, pepper, coffee), dishwasher dispenser doesn't work, no tissues, provided with chairs where the leather is all torn that it goes on the clothes. There is a lot of broken things around the house or things that needed replacement. Also as mentioned for the price you pay not having amenities like tea or coffee just seemed a bit strange. I have a list of issues if the hosts would like them.

I must say that my experience was disappointing. The accommodation itself was pleasant, but the post stay interaction left a sour taste. I received a message from the property manager 16 days after my departure claiming that my stay had caused damage to a communal wall. Initially, there was a firm assertion of my responsibility for the damage, only for the property manager to later dismiss it as a mere 'mix-up' when questioned. This inconsistency and lack of professionalism in dealing with the issue was deeply disturbing. What struck me most was the accusatory attitude before a thorough investigation had taken place. This approach left me feeling insulted and frustrated. Regrettably, this incident marred what would otherwise have been an enjoyable stay. I hope that future guests will be treated in a more considerate and professional manner.
