We enjoy our stay. This is the third time we've stayed and will stay again.

Tower rail, bath paper holder falling apart in the bathroom. Ventilation fan not working. Towels are small and dirty. Price high for no pool no breakfast. Hallway has smoking smell.

Very friendly and helpful staff and great value!

Cheap hotel but this one is bare minimum in comfort and amenities. Room was clean, hallways needed vacuuming and the hotel and room were very outdated. Toilet took ten minutes to fill and towels were are rough as a floor mat. Looked like there were a few long-term tenants that may be living there permanently who appeared to be one step from being homeless. They don't even give you a key in a paper holder which caused mine to demagnetize twice during the two days I was there because it was in my pocket next to my phone. Hotel is cheap but you get what you pay for.

Great staff very professional and clean

Debbie, the reception, was amazing. She was helpful, kind, efficient. She made my stay awesome.

We returned from a day out to find one our rooms opened and not the way we left it. The beds had been stripped to the mattress, and the sheets strewn across the room. This was our older kids' room. Manager said the room was not scheduled to be cleaned and they did not know what happened. After that incident, our kids no longer felt safe, so we had to search for other accommodations for them. Since the rooms were nonrefundable, some of our group had to spend the night while our kids' room was left vacant.
