Villas Santa Ana-Ricardo

The house is part of a three unit complex. It is very charming, there is a cute yard, a nice large covered patio. We were in the largest unit and the four bedrooms upstairs could easily accommodate 8-9 guests. We did not cook there, but the kitchen seemed fine. The housekeeper only speaks Spanish, but she is very helpful and kind. She helped us find drivers. Overall, for the price, this was a really good value and a fun, authentic place to stay at off the beaten track.

The house is quite far from the center, at least 20-25 minute walk to get there. Which is not bad, but also a bit far to go back to rest before going out again in the evening. The building is right by a square near the neighborhood church, which is the center of action for this part of town. Bingo nights, basketball games, food stands are everywhere, which is nice to observe as it clearly not touristy, but also quite noisy and can go on until the early morning hours. Another thing: one of the upstairs bathrooms did not have hot water, but the other two did.

Tiene una escalera muy empinada para el segundo piso. pero no es grave!

Everything. Great location and everything was as pictured.

The villa was very cosy and the decor was beautiful. The neighbourhood was quiet and there is street food some evenings in the square outside the Villa.

It it slightly further from the main area of Antigua but that was actually great to have a nice quiet area to stay in.

Para un grupo de personas es muy bueno el lugar. Las camas bastante cómodas y la posibilidad de realizar actividades en grupo de amigos. Es muy limpio y si tienes tiempo puedes preparar alimentos. La villa es como aparece en las fotos. Una casa suspendida en el tiempo.

Está un poco retirado del centro de antigua lo cual hace que tengas que tomar transporte para las diferentes actividades. Son cerca de 10 min en Uber. también por obras municipales habían calles cerradas.

Exc Ubicación, cerca del centro en carro como a 10 min por las condiciones de la calle (piedras), Lugar limpio ordenado y privado con lo necesario para su uso. Habitaciones limpias y amplias. Superó totalmente mis expectativas. Doña Albina siempre a disposición a ayudarnos en lo que necesitábamos. Me volvería a hospedar sin duda alguna.
