Room was clean and comfortable. Facility staff -- consistently helpful, friendly. Location -- convenient for basing our local travels.

Parking lot access a challenge -- gradient from roadway to resident parking area steep (you can't do much about that). Walking from room to lobby/front desk/dining area tough for folks with somewhat limited mobility.
