Is really old and not in good condition

I knew all along it was not an upstanding place. I have drove past and noticed people in the parking lot dealing drugs, and other things. Reading these reviews I am suprised the owner even has the nerve to address issues and lie because clearly they are never taken care of. I had a friend that need a place asap. Literally, walked into room saw a ton of roaches crawling everywhere, and within 5 minutes went right back to the front to request a refund. It was obvious she had done this many times as she was like sure with no questions asked. This is so nasty for the Plant City community.

I don’t like the hotel the room has a cockroach and that very bad experience don’t go anymore

The attendant was really pleasant, but that's as good as it gets. I wouldn't recommend you stay here unless you absolutely must. No, I didn't say anything because I figured nothing could be done about it. First, when you enter the room it looks extremely basic. There was a stain on the floor, no coffee maker or phone. Next, the floors are weak. I thought I was going to fall through (apparently it was stronger than it felt). The shower was clean but the toilet was really old.The mattress had cigarette holes and a dip in the middle. I had to get the WiFi password from housekeeping after I woke up because it wasn't given nor on the room key. Lastly, they have roaches. Yes, roaches. I saw at least 3 babies and my roommate saw some as well. The area is real shady. Someone was smoking weed, and the people in the room next to ours kept talking and yelling until 3am. There were vagrants hanging out at night. It's an unsafe place and I plan to NEVER stay here again.

the front desk staff was very nice

felt unsafe very dirty checked in, saw my room, heard a lot of puppies next door, checked out within 15 minutes
