Bakawan Hostel

Terrible experience, the worst staff I ever encountered, I don't get how the rating is so high. All day and all night there are noises of some big electronic devices in the building. Also don't do laundry here because they will tell you the price and when they give you your clothes suddenly it's double the price and if you don't want to pay they just kick you from the hostel. DONT come here!!

Lovely hostel with rooftop to chill, comfy beds but no privacy curtain. Staff were super helpful with trips, transfers and everything else! Slightly out of town but just a 5-10 minute walk in. Very clean room

- Wifi good - Air conditioning good - Bed also good for tall people (as feet can just peek out at the end) - Soap and toilet paper available - Seating area for working good - Location quite good - Free drinking water to refill - Nice staff - very clean

- no curtains - No shower gel and shampoo available - Breakfast should include something more (e.g. eggs or another source of protein) - Card payment not possible - Tours relatively expensive (500php more than on the street)

Good location and price .

Was clean and ok to stay one night if you have no other option and need something cheap Location was ok

Staff did not communicate well no good English No privacy in bedroom because there are no curtains

Really friendly and helpful staff. Beds are comfy and room with enough space, just I wish lockers were bigger to put all backpack in there.
