I got prompt responses from the owner / manager. There was an issue with the kettle however I got replacement the very same day. The owner made a visit to meet us and ensure we are comfortable at the property.

An additional charge of $24 was levied towards the "cleaning fee" which was not clearly mentioned in the price and was came as a surprise at the time of payment / booking the property (and even before staying in the property). This charge was found as a hidden charge.

quiet location and clean

carpark too narrow especially when everybody home. Cooktop too small, difficult to use both stove at the same time. Shower box drainage problem , it takes a night to drain the water. We stayed for 3 nights and reported the problem the second night.
