"It was a perfect place to stay!"

We felt safe on a busy graduation weekend. Thr room was immaculately clean & comfortable with two double beds as requested. The location was quiet & very convenient. A refrigerator & a hairdryer were provided in the room. I asked to use an iron & one was provided at the front desk. It was a perfect place to stay & will go back if ever in Gainesville again.

The place was perfect for a busy trip.

Great little hotel with free parking right at your room door. Comfortable and clean. Stayed here for Morgan Wallen concert. Only a 50 minute walk to Ben Hill Griffin stadium which was handy. Plenty of places to eat nearby and a 24 hour cvs 15 minute walk away.

The location was decent.

The overwhelming odor of mildew coming from the room air conditioner was horrible. We could not stay in the room. I definitely will not recommend or return to this hotel.

The bed and pillows were perfectly comfortable room was cold and nice smelt amazing ! Staff was nice !

Love bug season they took over but this property has no bad side that I seen
