The apartment was very well supplied. The owners were extremely responsive to any questions that I had. It was comfortable and when I close the doors I couldn't even hear noise from the outside. It was close to everything but not too close. Highly recommend!

The property is clean and very accessible. The only negative is when you have to lug the heavy luggages up and down the stairs as there is no elevator.

Great communication and the location is unbeatable! Just steps away from the Cathedral.

This is a great little apartment, probably really only suitable for two, in a great location and quiet, couldn’t of asked for more communication from the host, and were able to leave our baggage at their offices after checkout for the day.

Great place, has all you need. Right in the centre of Santiago.

Fuimos un fin de semana para conocer la ciudad nos ha encantado. Tuvimos la suerte de hospedarno en room pedra , todo estaba excelente ubicación, limpieza etc ninguna pega . La propietaria super amable nos proporcionó callejero, sitios para comer , nos permitió salir un poco mas tarde por causas meteorológicas muy amable

The location is incredible. The apartment is small but if you have a lot of luggage it might be too small. It is well equipped in every way. The communication was outstanding. If you have a car, be sure to have them fill out the online police form to allow you to drive to the door to unload. Underground parking is close by, for 8 euros a day. Then don't forget to do the police form again so that you can pick up the luggage. It all goes well if you do it in advance. Other than the Parador, you can't get closer.

The apartment is bijou - ideal for two people. It’s very photogenic and the views from the balcony across the huge expanse of gardens and allotments (the original orchards of Santiago) are just superb. You couldn’t get closer to the cathedral and all the buzz of the old town, although that does mean some noise from the street at night, although it was very quiet within the house itself. The apartment itself was very clean, modern and comfortable - be aware if you are very tall that headspace in the mezzanine is limited. Elena was an absolutely great hostess, giving loads of recommendations for places to eat and things to do and also suggested places to visit outside town on the coast. We loved our stay and recommend it highly

Great location just 50m from the Cathedral in a heritage listed building. We stayed in the first floor apartment - comfortable bed, well supplied kitchen and cozy lounge area. A surprisingly quiet street, close to restaurants and all that Santiago has to offer. Elena is a generous and helpful host. Recommended
