Файне розташування та простора кімната. У всіх зонах було доволі комфортно та чистенько. При заїзді в кімнату відчули сируватий запах, але все вирішило провітрювання. Постіль та рушники були чисті.

I found a bed bug on my blanket that drastically affected my impression of staying at the hostel, besides there was not a single person I could ask help from or inform about leaking shower that was impossible to turn off completely. Besides I had an issue with opening safe locker over my bed and got no reply after writing to hostel support

Good location, lower price, comfortable bed, almost no guests

There was no reception, no place to leave my suitcase before check-in time. They wrote me that they will send me the infos for getting in on the morning of my stay, but I just received it when the check-in time started. The hostel provides thai massage, so in common areas the oil-smell is strong. I read the description and the Q&A here but none of these were mentioned (or they stated the opposite). The worst thing was the smell in my room (4 bed women dorm), I seriously considered leaving the hostel even though I already paid for 3 nights. I asked their help for findig a solution for the smell through messages and tried to call them several times. I only could reach them many hours after my first try, via Whatsapp (not even on the same phone number via traditional call). They relocated me in another room, the smell there was OK and I appreciate that the lady solved it. This place looks way better on photos then in reality, I will never go back.
