During the winter, guests must check road conditions before attempting the drive up the mountain. Guests are required to complete the self check-in link process, which will require general information, Photo ID upload and a selfie for verification. Pets. Pets may or may not be allowed in the property, you must first obtain pre-approval from Colorado Lodge and if allowed there will be a $75 nonrefundable pet fee, per pet, unless it is a service animal, in which case, the proper documentation must be provided to Colorado Lodge at the time of booking. This fee is billed *separately* management will send you a link at time of booking to pay fee and obtain written approval. Pet owners should immediately pick up after their dogs on the Colorado Lodge property and deposit the waste in a plastic bag. Colorado Lodge will deduct from any deposit or charge you to cover any cleaning or repairs necessitated by the presence of your pet(s). -Comfortable Accommodations: Colorado Lodge in Big Bear Lake offers Nordic inspired collection of modern cabins in nature on 2 acres. Unplug, find peace and leave revitalized. All cabins offer different floorplans, furnishings and amenities. Our cabins include well stocked basic kitchen items including smaller kitchen appliances, comfy minimalist style rooms that inspires relaxation, private bathrooms with soaps and bathrobes, heat and air-conditioning options, back or front porches with additional seating, and free WiFi. Select cabins have other additional amenities inside such as, washer & dryer inside (all except C5) private back yard in Cabin 6 with firepit lounge area and Cabin 4 is our largest floorplan that offers a full kitchen, fireplace and private hot tub in C4. Looking for a smaller size cabin? Take a look at 2,3,5,7. All have access to community amenities below. Please read each cabin details and descriptions prior to booking. -Relaxing Facilities: Community Shared Hot Tub for Cabins 2,3,5,6,7. Community propane fire pit and lounge area, picnic tables and Free on-site parking is available for all guests. -Convenient Location: Located 58 mi from LA/Ontario International Airport, Colorado Lodge is less than a mile to the popular Big Bear Village Shoppes, Restaurants, and Village Events. Walking distance 1/2 a mile to Meadow Park & Skii Beach that offers basketball courts, pickleball and tennis courts, large grassy areas with picnic tables, lake view, and DOG PARK in Skii Beach within the same location (7-minute walk). Popular Grizzly Cafe & Restaurant is a few blocks from the lodge. Hiking enthusiasts can explore nearby trails. 1.5 Mile to Snow Summit for all season's fun and 3.2 miles to Bear Mountain.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
