Place not good , lack of transport, they are charging additional for airport drop off but in the system it was for free of charge

Close to the airport and one of the guest working at the desk was super sweet

Very disappointing stay. The room was dirty – a lot of hair in the shower, stained sheets, cobwebs, ants, a cockroach, and old food scraps on the floor that weren’t ours. Under the bed was filthy, and almost no toilet paper, indicating no cleaning was done prior. Despite detailed WhatsApp instructions, no one met us at the airport – we had to find the driver ourselves after waiting 20 minutes. We weren’t told the transfer would be shared, or that the "free" airport transport only applies between 08:00–10:00. We were charged 2,000 LKR for the ride and another 2,000 for weak A/C – the fan did most of the work. Repeated requests for clean towels and sheets were met with resistance. A staff member eventually removed the hair from the shower, but in a rude manner. Only a kind guest helping at reception showed any friendliness. After two weeks of travel in Sri Lanka, including stays in hostels and lodges, this was by far the worst – both in terms of cleanliness and service. Not recommended.

Communication was good in the lead up to our arrival

We booked and paid for one night but only stayed for two hours for the purpose of showering and re-packing our luggage for our international flight home. The roomed seemed only recently vacated and not cleaned. There was only one towel so had to request another. The bathroom was totally wet, toilet reeked of urine and was dirty. There was no toilet paper. The first shower taken had warm water and decent pressure but the second shower was cold and water just trickled out. The aircon was difficult to turn on, seems the batteries were flat or remote out of order. There were local Sri Lankan guys hanging around reception and outside, smoking and drinking. If you were a solo female traveller this might be unsettling. Transfer to the airport by the owner was good but charge was double compared to other similar hotels or using Uber/PickMe.

Easy check in & Comfortable stay!

We were charged for using the aircon which was not listed in property details, we wouldn’t have used it if we knew but we also didn’t have much option as the ceiling fan was so incredibly loud that we couldn’t sleep with it on. Also, the workers were talking / playing videos on phone / music insanely loud at 4am and we had to ask multiple times for them to be quiet
