Close to the beach.

The toilets had leaks from the roof! Stale damp smell inside the room. The care takers had switched off all the lights at the exit points including the waiting bay outside the lifts. The walkways and staircase areas were not lit . On asking I was told that they would switch it on only after 6 am!!
