The property is older but in decent shape. The staff is nice. My room needed new batteries in the door lock and TV remote, but we got that squared away. I like the fact that the HVAC controls are still on the unit, so it doesn't have the stupid heat/cool mode that wastes energy and makes other rooms uncomfortable.

We got a disgusting room at first.. dirty room, feces in the toilet, microwave not clean, room smelt bad, sheets not clean.. then got switched to a room that was still dirty but more doable. Will never be back!

"Exceeded expectations."

Staff was beyond wonderful. The gentleman at check in was funny and super polite. He was shocked but was funny about it that we drove to Pa from TX. He is wonderful.
