Econo Lodge Castro Valley I-580

Very affordable price and overall room was very clean. Bed was really comfortable and big as well. Nearby the major cities of bay area.

The jets inside the bathtub did not work. You guys should also add a coffee maker inside the room. Other than that I was overall satisfied with the stay

The location.

The room was horrible.. everything was broken.. the toilet wasn't stuck to the floor.. the lamp was broken. The desk was broken.. there was a broken phone hanging on the wall of the bathroom.. the tile was broken.. the walls were loosing paint.. it was poorly maintained to save money and it reflected on the inside of the room.. what you pay for what you get is definitely not worth it.. it was sadly and honestly the worst interior of any hotel room I've ever been in.. I truly recommend that whoever is in charge of the property spends some money to make the place rentable.. STOP BEING CHEAP!!

The Econolodge was simple, but met our purposes. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had the disabled room, 103, and we put the chairs outside and you can see the sun set over Castro Valley.

It was located in an easy access area close to my event.

For a no frills hotel, my room was clean, tidy, and with all the things one would need for an overnight stay. The staff was really kind and friendly. I would come back for sure and would recommend it to anyone on a budget like me, definitely.

It was the most disgusting place I ever stayed anywhere in the world. I couldn’t wait to leave in the morning.

The people were nice. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave. It was loud because it is on the boulevard, but convenient.

The folks at the front desk was nice and she let me check In early. The key card to my room was very bad though sometimes i had to try like 6 times before the magnetic strip works n door open.
