Guests highly rate the excellent room quality and frequently praise the professional staff.
AUAUAUThe room was at least clean and comfortable.
The breakfast looked sub optimal for the price. They also did not advertise their meal times correctly and when we had asked the staff to confirm they gave us the wrong timings. We had to source elsewhere for lunch and dinner on the weekends as they said they weren't open. We then went down stairs to go out for dinner and they were facilitating tables down stairs. Very poor service.
AUFull amenity hotel, just like Westin. Convenient undercover parking (if you drive). Dog friendly. The balcony room was good.
Location can be inconvenient if you don’t drive.
