AUGreat location if you have a car and want to experience Melbourne outside of CBD. We also had a dog with us.
Original check in with staff was challenging as I had booked a view room with a dog and was advised it was not available. I had pre advised hotel but room was not available. Staff originally was downgrading my room but after speaking with manager he resolved it with a balcony room. This is the recommended room if you have a dog.
AUAUEasy access to the city by car or tram. We keep coming back to The Element for its location and comfy bed. Staff are always lovely to deal with.
