Unsafe area. People loitering in the parking lot. Prostitution and drug activity.

The floors was not clean or mop.sheets had stains .shower had hair in them.people making drug sale .there hookers walking around.the housekeeping was using towels to clean the room floors. Microwave was nasty n not clean

It was great. I was greeted by name. They were very courteous. I got a good rate.

I didn’t even show up and they tried to take my money.

They didn’t tell us until we got there that we couldn’t have friends over and that was not the reason we booked the hotel & front service clerk was a real jerk

Upon checking in my room 401 at the motel 6 the door was open the ceiling was linking and I was double charge for the same day. I had to cancel my online appointment and now I’m knocked out from my awards which I find very unfair, I never experienced anything like this and I’m sure something should be done because I’m a valuable customer and this should be reviews because I don’t have to settle for these conditions which wasn’t my fault due to the new audit

it's in a not so nice area. Random people kept knocking on the door all night. Room itself wasn't horrible. Bed was comfortable. Water hot. For the price it's an overall good deal, just hated the area

We ignored the poor older reviews online and were glad we did. The place seems to have undergone a recent renovation, so likely the owners took a cue from those pre-2020 complaints. The room was nice - if spare - and well lit. The microwave and fridge were clean and working. There was no desk if you needed a workspace, and the WiFi seemed a bit slow. Also, there was no place to hang up clothing and - oddly - no hooks inside the bathroom for a change of clothes. All in all though, we were comfortable there throughout our four day stay. One other positive feature: Rooms are entered from outside instead of via a common hallway, a point of concern if you're reading this while Covid is still ongoing.

I booked my stay in route to the hotel, was not allowed to check in, requested a refund and was told the go to hell by management and they refused to accommodate me. The manager Uttered racial slurs and homophobic remarks that were totally uncalled for! The hotel also would not cooperate with Expedia is attempting to refund my money! They are terrible people and should not work in hospitality….
