I always like that hosts speak proper English and easy to communicate. Great that self check-in possible. Awesome location, near metro, tram and bus. And available washing machine that is not stated under facilities.

Didnt like to run or wait for person to pay, as only possibility to pay is here, not over the app. So the self-check in then is a bit off. Some parts feel outdated and “asks” for refreshing, such as shower.

bathroom door doesn’t shut no air condition and it’s in the top hot attic banged head 4 times shower dirty can’t walk in half the room measurements are misconceiving because you can walk in half the room other rooms are way nicer advertised with kitchen but it’s a microwave wardrobe open window in bathroom to other room no privacy shower door non existent no dangerous stairs warning

Humedades, cucarachas en el apartamento, mal estado general

El trato del personal fue bueno. La ubicación es buenísima, lo mejor del alojamiento.

Las imágenes no corresponden a lo que reservas. En Booking se ven estancias mucho más cuidadas. La escobilla estaba sucia, la humedad de la estancia en las paredes, el ruido de la calle y la gente del piso superior que arrastraba todos los muebles y se escuchaba todo. Se escuchaba gente bajando cubos de basura a golpes a las tantas de la mañana y gente que debía estar de fiesta gritando. La sensación de inseguridad dentro de la estancia, es cierto que accedes con código pero la sensación de estar directamente a pie de calle es muy abrumadora.
