Hoi An Grace River Villa

The area is quite, away from the main area but only a few minutes walking. The accommodation has a comfortable bed and tv with Netflix. The breakfast was simple but good. Fresh fruits, bread and scrambled eggs, they had other options too.

The whole side of the wall inside the bedroom was mouldy. It looks like they tried to paint it but it didn’t solve the problem. The room was stinky like mould which is not ideal. I don’t recommend if you have breathing problems. Also it is not sound proofing, we woke one the nights with the construction site next door unloading blocks of concrete at 4:30 am and again grinding something around 7 am. Really loud noise but this is completely out of the host’s control.

Schönes kleines Hotel etwas abseits des Trubels, aber in Laufweite zur lebendigen Altstadt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück ist einfach gehalten aber sehr lecker. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal und super schnelle Kommunikation via WhatsApp. Transfer zum Bahnhof/Flughafen wurde ebenfalls zu einem fairen Preis organisiert. Fahrräder können für 2€ pro Tag gemietet werden.

Unser Zimmer war leider sehr hellhörig, da ein Durchgang zum Nachbarzimmer lediglich durch eine Holzplatte geschlossen wurde.

Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lage, in wenigen Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, mit frisch zubereiteten Gerichten. Sehr erwähnenswert ist das Personal, das sehr hilfsbereit während unseres Aufenthalts war, in jeglicher Hinsicht !

Struttura vicino al centro ma in zona molto tranquilla. Camere spaziose e accoglienti, bello il balcone. Le pareti della stanza sono sottilissime, quando i nostri vicini toccavano un sacchetto o la loro valigia in camera loro, ci sembrava di averli in camera nostra. L’hotel profuma di buono, ma nella nostra camera c’era un po’ puzza di muffa.
