Nice romantic view from the room. Good location for catching public transport. Great choices for breakfast.

Had only one room key and needed it rebooted several times.

The breakfast was decent. Room was clean. Water filters on every floor level. Held our bags for some time while we travelled to Yogyakarta

Very noisy can hear the traffic from the main roads, Best suited for business customers not tourists. Bathroom was a bit dirty. Check in took over 30mins and they seemed very confused even though we had pre paid they tried to book 2 separate rooms and charge us again. We are married, we booked and paid for 1 room and after some time showing evidence from booking.com and payment it was sorted. The music in the restaurant is American country and is very loud. Not sure what vide they are going for, but it was not for us! Jakarta is a very polluted city it would be good to have air purifiers in the room.

even after mentioning that I am a vegetarian there was less food for me during breakfast. Hotel should cater to global audience and keep vegetarian food as well.
