Bel endroit, pas trouvé mieux sur figeac, on y reviens assurément.....pour l'accueil et confort, vivement que le sauna soit opérationnel !!!

Hôtel magnifique et finement décoré. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Accueil remarquable. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel avec produits de haute qualité. Déçu par l'état de la chambre, pas très propre, et rendue inaccessible une partie de la journée en raison de travaux… Étrange !!
The hotel is lovely, lots of history and beautiful outdoor spaces. The staff are very pleasant. We did have a couple of hiccups. Our room was absolutely boiling and we had to leave sliding doors open all night which caused some noise. It did cool on subsequent nights. Also i had to request a, reclean of the room which was very poorly done. Dirty bath, bed hardly made, no toiletries etc. It was fine on 2nd cleaning.

The Viguier du Roy Mercure Hotel was unexpectedly one of the best hotels we stayed at during our 2-week trip across Southern France. The rooms, gardens, amenities, and location were perfect. The suites and beds are giant, and the bathrooms luxurious. Highly recommend!
Très bel hôtel de charme situé dans un environnement de caractère au centre ville. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le personnel est très agréable et le service est de qualité. Je recommande cet établissement.
Notre séjour était fantastique et le lieu est magnifique. Chambre très propre. Personnel accueillant et professionnel. Petit bémol: au moment du check-in, il aurait été souhaitable que le personnel amène nos sacs à la chambre pendant que nous stationnions la voiture, surtout qu’il y a des marches à monter avec nos sacs (pas d’ascenseur pour le demi-étage). Pas de tasses pour ceux qui souhaitent petit déjeuner dans la cours extérieure.
