they didn’t have our room. they marked us as absent and charged us. unethical and maybe ilegal.

I often stay in this guest house for this month. but Why they always ask more about payment. I paid online for example 87.000 from booking and when i arrive at the property They charged me extra IDR 38.000. they said booking has minimum price there 125.000. Could you please tell solve it.

this house is having a homey ambience. just it.

I took the Triple room, they asked for extra charge 100.000 IDR exclude what I already paid for 4 nights stay at booking.com. They didn't provide any amenities except towels and bodywash, where there should be any toothpaste, shampoo and toothbrush. They didn't change the bed cover, I need to sleep with dirty bed cover which there are hairs and yellow casts on the bed cover. my body felt itchy when I need to sleep at the bed. just imagine I stayed 4 nights laying on the bed that the bedcover hasn't been replaced yet before. The housekeeping should be change the bedcover previously, considering people who will stay can be categorized as a long-stay visitor. The TV, there are only 4 analog tv channel that can be watched. there are no digital tv channel. Lastly, there are no electric socket near the main bed! (this kinda disturbing). so good luck and just pray for whoever that having plan to stay here, because I am kinda disappointed.

Spacious room, best location with many restaurant walking distance. Quiet and nice environment.

I stayed here for 5 nights. The service was great. You could get breakfast in your room or at the dinning area. The choice wasn't much, toast or nasi goreng with tea or coffee, but if you were really hungry you could ask for more (free of charge)! The staff would clean your room and give you new towels every day. The room had a twin bed, tv, ac, bathroom with hot/cold water,western toilet, sink and a mirror. We had a view that looked out over a big lawn. The staff was really nice and helpfull. With just a 15 minute walk you're in Alun Alun (a big park with shoppingmalls around). Just 5 minutes to Jalan Ijen. And across the street there is a restaurant with live music every night and lots of students. The price was a bit high, but compared to other guesthouses in Malang, this was one of the options.
