UBICACIÓN BUENA, CERCA DEL CENTRO DE OTAVALO

La habitación muy linda y cómoda.

El internet era defectuoso.

Great location near the market square, staff was very friendly, nice style of the hotel and rooms.

There was a hole in the wall of our bathroom, connecting to the bathroom of another hotel room. Because of this, we could hear everything our neighbors were doing in our room including toilet visits… Our window opened onto a hall in the hotel rather than the street, so we could also hear noise and music from other guests. Our shower didn’t look very clean and the door came off when trying to close the shower cabin. We also missed having a small light near our bed, the only available light was the bright ceiling lamp.

La amabilidad del personal. Los recepcionistas encantadores. La ubicación inmejorable. Mucho encanto en la decoración. Me tocó una habitación interior, pero tenía mucha luz y ventilación

La fachada estaba de obras; pero eso será coyuntural

La atención de los recepcionistas. Son muy cálidos, amables y serviciales. También la decoración artesanal del hotel y las habitaciones, es adorable. La limpieza también se destaca. Da gusto permanecer en la habitación aunque sea solo unas breves horas (tal como en mi caso).

El colchón de la cama es un poco duro. Eso no fue tan cómodo. Asimismo, el hecho de que se escuche todo lo que hablan los otros huéspedes en las otras habitaciones fue un punto que no me gustó.
