Breakfast and area was really bad

The ice tasted exactly what the office smelled of and the coffee cups were too small

Excellent value overall for the price

Due to the age of the building, a lot of noise from upstairs transfers to the room directly beneath. Occupants just walking around creates an excessive amount of noise through the floor. Probably the only remedy for this would be carpeting the upstairs rooms, which I understand is not desirable from a cleanliness standpoint - but that is my only complaint, everything else was outstanding for the price.

Wonderful family that owns this hotel and fixing it up nicely. The owners care greatly. The room was clean and freshly painted. The bed was super comfortable. It was also quiet.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good for the price. Everything met my expectations.
