Hôtel très bien situé (face à la mer) les chambres sont spacieuses et le buffet du déjeuner est très fourni que ce soit en salé ou en sucré. Le restaurant (qui sert aussi pour le petit déjeuner) est situé au dernier étage avec une vue sur la plage est très bien Une tres bonne équipe complète le tout On est passer une très bonne dernière soirée avec la barmaid

A notre arrivée notre chambre n’était toujours pas prête pour 16h alors qu’il était 16h dépassé. Longue attente puis changement de chambre. Pas de restauration en dehors des heures d’ouverture du restau. Nous avons attendu. Nous avons été surpris par la mauvaise qualité des plats servis et par les prix XXL. 138€ pour 2, pour une entrée et un plat et un bouteille de vin à 35€. C’était décevant. Nous avons décidé à l’avenir de ne plus descendre au Novotel de Deauville.

Emplacement idéal, chambre spacieuse et confortable. Quel dommage que cela soit gâché par le non professionnalisme de l'équipe de la réception (avec un seul client avant nous, 20 mn d'attente pour le check-in, autant pour le check-out). Et le tout avec une arrogance inadmissible dans un hôtel de cette catégorie.
